PT Office Assistant at Tara Lauren - Orange Country, CA

We are seeking a part time office assistant for immediate hire in our Orange County office. Assistant will work directly with our small team three days a week (preferred days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the wholesale bridal fashion industry with an up and coming bridal brand. We are a small, flexible and hardworking team. Candidate can expect a hands on yet casual work environment with a lot of time spent working independently. Opportunity for travel with bridal market events. Strong consideration to grow into a full time position given the right candidate.

Qualifications:
Organized and detail oriented
Works well independently
Good writing and communication skills
Positive and resourceful problem solver
Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers
Experience with customer service resolution a plus
Strong computer skills and ability to comprehend software systems a plus
Laptop required

Responsibilities:
Responding to general customer inquiries
Anticipating orders due to ship and sending out invoice reminders as necessary
Prepping shipping materials necessary for outgoing customer orders
Recording shipping records
Assisting bridal retailers with gown customization inquiries and quality control complaints
Organize and ship style lend requests with bridal retailers
Consistently communicate with retailers regarding production updates, product information, trunk show information and coordination, required payments, shipment reminders and general needs to facilitate company operations
